I think it really depends on where you live/the area you are shopping in. Some thrift stores will have nothing but junk, and some have really great items that you don't really have to dig to find. Pick a nice (er... rich) area near you, and see if they have a thrift store near by. You will thank me!

yes at good will u can buy brandnew pans and clothes for 5 to 9 dollars only some are levis or lacoste but its verry seldom oppurtunity

well... where are the younger brand names like DC and Billabong and Hurley and all that? ive went to a couple of thrift stores and i didnt find 'brand names' .. WHAT I WAS LOOKING FORR.

@cwistina25 You've got to keep looking! don't give up, thrifting can be hit or miss. I've gotten a ton of Abercrombie, BeBe, and other "younger" name brands as well. I've found Billabong stuff for my boyfriend. Looking is half the fun :)

Oh my goodness Ross is amazing lol! When I want something new I always go there, and you're right, you can save like 70% on brand name stuff.
