因為太極拳發勁是由腰胯間轉換陰陽剛柔 忽隱忽現 引進落空合即出(含整勁、沉勁、聽勁 體用三合一) 很多只是拿"整勁"來橫打 之前體驗過我老師一隻手指把我就發走的 所以不足為奇 在外看眾家推手 多不敢把後面支撐腳往前合步 死撐著 深怕對手推走他 出手蹬腳非太極 重其意 不重其形 腰胯之間來主宰 這個"胯"字 誰能知曉 雙腳只是過程 單腳 到無腳在地亦能發勁 拳友知悉嗎??共勉之 連絡網址glock29134160@yahoo.com.tw 阿賢 ps. 最恨沒時間練推手了 哈哈

是用丹田發震勁~看不懂的人都是外行~ 不過也沒辦法～很多東西憑藉影片根本看不出啥~

小弟就親眼看過縱鶴朝火師(林朝火師父) 80多歲 勁力猛烈～年輕人都無法近身～

親眼去見證比較重要～

This old man's 'neijing' is phenomenal.....

if his neijing is so good, then i think no one of other styles(muay thai, karate, kickboxing, judo, etc., ) can come close to him, he can just emit his "chi" and blast away his opponents.....
