Enter Shippuuden
Naruto Shippuuden AMV
Action, Intrumental

Best Instrumental AMV in animemusicvideos3 2008 AMV contest.

This is my second official amv.
I started doing it when shippuuden started, and I went adding clips as the episodes aired.
This amv is suposed to be like a sneak peak for the new series. It shows few things. I was a little sad that I couldn't fit more into it.
The music is "Enter The Machine" by Arch Enemy.
Youtube killed the timming and some beats a little, but nothing serious.
The credits image was made by ED9E.

Enjoy, comment and rate ;)

THESE VIDEO IS PURELY FAN-MADE AND IN NO WAY ASSOCIATED WITH THE MUSICAL ARTIST OR ANIME COMPANY IN ANY WAY

Anime is an abbreviation of the English word "animation", originating in Japan through the roots of manga. Although the term is used in Japan to refer to animation in general, in English usage the term most popularly refers to material originating from Japan, a subset of animation.

Anime is traditionally hand drawn, but computer assisted techniques have become quite common in recent years. It is used in television series, films, video, video games, and internet-based releases, and represents all genres of fiction.

The history of anime begins at the start of the 20th century, when Japanese filmmakers experimented with the animation techniques that were being explored in France, Germany, the United States, and Russia. The oldest known anime in existence was screened in 1917; it was a two minute clip of a samurai trying to test a new sword on his target, only to suffer defeat.

By the 1930s, animation became an alternative format of storytelling compared to the underdeveloped live-action industry in Japan. Unlike America, the live-action industry in Japan remained a small market and suffered from budgeting, location, and casting restrictions. The lack of Western-looking actors, for example, made it next to impossible to shoot films set in Europe, America, or fantasy worlds that do not naturally involve Japan. Animation allowed artists to create any characters and settings.

An anime music video (abbreviated AMV) is a music video consisting of clips from one or more anime series or movies set to songs; the term usually refers to fan-made unofficial videos.

Most AMVs are not official music videos released by the musicians, but are rather amateur fan compositions which synchronize video clips with an audio track. AMVs are most commonly informally released, most often over the Internet. Anime conventions frequently run AMV contests or AMV exhibitions. While AMVs traditionally use footage taken from anime, video game cut-scene footage is also a popular option. Music used in AMVs is extremely diverse, using such genres as J-Pop, rock, hip hop, pop, R&B, country, and many others.

AMVs should not be confused with professional and original animated films produced as music videos for such groups as Daft Punk, or with such short music video films as Japanese musical duo Chage and Aska's song "On Your Mark" by Studio Ghibli. AMVs should also not be confused with fan-made "general animation" videos using non-Japanese video sources such as western cartoons. "Anime music videos" are a sub-genre of the more general "animated music videos". Parallels can be drawn between AMVs and Songvids, non-animated fan-made videos using footage from movies, television series, or other sources.

Naruto is an ongoing Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Masashi Kishimoto with an anime adaptation. The main character, Naruto Uzumaki, is a loud, hyperactive, unpredictable, adolescent ninja who constantly searches for recognition and aspires to become a Hokage, the ninja in his village that is acknowledged as the leader and the strongest of all. Kishimoto first authored a one-shot of Naruto in the August 1997 issue of Akamaru Jump. The plot differed substantially in that Naruto was the son of the Nine-Tailed Demon Fox instead of being the container, and the story was placed in a more modern setting. This early version of Naruto already had the ability to transform into a sexy young woman -- but when he did so, a fox tail sprouted. Kishimoto then rewrote the story to its current form, which was first published by Shueisha in 1999 in the 43rd issue of Japan's Weekly Shonen Jump magazine. As of volume 36, the manga has sold over 71 million copies in Japan.[3] The series is licensed for a translated English-language release by Viz Media. Serialized in Viz's Shonen Jump magazine, Naruto has become the company's best-selling manga series.[4] As of April 2, 2008, the first 28 volumes of the series are available in English-language.

  • It's been a while since I've seen a really good shippuden amv...............in fact this the only really good I've ever seen, NICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @naijapoet thks, I find it hard to get nice shippuuden amvs, specially because there are LOTS of mediocre ones. I've been working on some for the last years, never finished one.. I'll try to release something better when I have time

  • Nicely done, Darknives! By the power invested in me, I bestow upon you the AMV Award of Supreme Excellence for a Frickkin' Awesome AMV! You deserve it.

  • I thank thee

  • Great video, the only spot I noticed being a little out of sync was the part starting around 1:45. It just doesn't seem crisp, but it's pretty minor, lol especially considering the music it's set to (kindof hard to keep up). But it's still a REALLY good video, and the best I've seen in a while (though I haven't seen to many lately.. still), and I like that it's not really slow music set to a really long clip, either, lol.

  • lol thks, I don't like youtube anymore to look for amvs, everything is so overrated. any 3star deserving amv or less gets 5

it's really hard to find good amvs, because they all have 5starts
