The last half of this video is really the whole point. Running is meditation for me, and I have so much more self-discipline that I thought I did. And... my brain really controls my body a lot more than I give it credit for :P

  • Absolutely you should not run on a sprained ankle - it will throw you out of whack all over the place, not just that leg :S You MUST allow yourself to heal properly. Perhaps swimming with an ankle brace would help while you wait?
