i am looking to build a deck that is all around powerful. something that can stand up to alot of different types of decks. any suggestions? i have not played in about 15 years so i am basically learning all over again.

Does the split second effect just prevent other spells from being played after it, or does it negate all other spells on the stack as well after it has resolved?

Splitsecond makes it so no other spells can be put on the stack till this spell resolves.

Solid version of the Doran deck, but i absolutely dont like Korlash in there.
i think you should cut all 4 and play 2 more garruks, 1 more shriekmaw and 1 more sudden death

we removed Korlash for Ohran Viper when I played this deck regularly. havent played it since a little bit after morningtide.
