Today I go into the gym where I work out (Not where I work, which is what I say in the vid). In the gym, they have a particularly odd piece of equipment that I just had to uh, do.

this was hilarious! Funny that this guy put it on you tube and looks kinda goofy at best. He's so uncoordinated and needed to have his arms on top of the bars instead of under it. He almost fell off at one point. I don't know if this machine works or not but this video was funny!

Nope, not even a little bit. The only possible benefit is if you are simply too large to get on the floor and do crunches or leg lifts. Otherwise, this product is just gimmicky, overly complicated nonsense.

first of all your arms are not in the right position and if you use the video that came with the machine you would know how to use it properly because it does work: i think your funny but the machine does work

Hahaha This was in the apartment complex's gym, so there was no video to watch to know how to use the thing. I think a key element to a successful piece of equipment should be that you can at least guess at how to properly use it without having to watch a video.
