@AI3inlove Shonda Rhimes said that bringing new people on the show would make the show last for many more years. Ellen and most everyone is contracted till the end of season 8. And from what I've heard she isn't sure if she is going to renew her contract. So they need new people to make more story lines. I myself like new people. Expectly Arizona and I'm beginning to like Teddy. Now Owen is another story. I don't like him so much. LOL!!!
