HAWA'S STORY
Hawa, a young Somali woman who has fled the civil war, talks about the violence she has escaped and the realities of her life as a refugee.
A year ago, MSF started working in Dagahaley camp in the Kenyan border town of Dadaab. Dagahaley is one of three refugee camps that were set up in the 1990s to cater for up to 90,000 refugees. Today, more than 100,000 live in Dagahaley alone.
MSF filmed the stories, poems and songs of refugees living in Dagahaley. The stories gathered are testimony to the harsh realities of life in the refugee camps. They also reveal the stories behind the refugees journeys, their former lives in Somalia, their hopes and fears for the future.

@CushiticSomalianMale why did you get so angry? Sorry if I made my comment sound like I were attacking you. On the contrary. I agree with you. All I am trying to say is that evil is always collective, meaning many people participate, not just one, so even if you killed them all, there would be more following them, and more and more....but I repeat, I don't mean to offend you in any way. Please forgive me.

@itzaramaja i Repeat, obviously since you got your head so far stuck up ur ass: if i ever become the president or prime-minister of Somalia i would kill all these sellout tribalistic minded evil cowards that do this to innocent peoples...!
CushiticSomalianMale 1 month ago
@CushiticSomalianMale If you became president of Somalia you would actually be able to reach that position because you would be an ally of those cowards. The sad reality is that the evil of war and corruption is always collective, always caused by a whole system formed by many people.

What's with all the muslims saying "May Allah help her". What are moderate muslims doing to speak out against the brutality caused by their own "brothers"
