so how do you get on the watchlist? how do you get off? so if this bill passed your gun rights will be taken away because you were put on a watchlist...but who is overseeing the legality of that? they wont even have to prove you've done anything...just put you on a list....

Since FFL dealers have to run a background check (via the form 4473) to sell a firearm ..... wouldn't this show up on a background check? Surely if a 5 year old kid can't get on an airplane because HIS name showed up on a list ..... it would be tagged through NCIC if you tried to buy a gun.

if indeed he was killed by a "machine gun toting terrorist" the terrorist did not get the machine gun from any legal venue. Anyone who knows any thing about gun laws would know this. This is a classic example of how the media backhandedly manipulates an ignorant public.

These liberals just do not get it, gun control has the opposite effect on crime. States with strict gun control laws have much higher crime than states with little gun control laws. All guns and ammunition is outlawed in Mexico, so what does that tell you about the effects of gun control.

@ustfu Mexico has strict gun control. And Canada has mild gun control. Mexico is also more socialist than canada... so.... hmmmmmmmm. maybe the liberals need to investigate what they are really getting into. Detroit would be a prime example.
