Part 1 of 4 due to size limitations on YouTube. The Award winning and BOA National Championship bound Berryville Bobcat High School Marching Band performed a free concert for the people of Berryville, Arkansas. This video is a behind the scenes look at the band before they perform. It includes an introduction of the band by Director Julius Stevens. The crowd went wild, with a little coaxing. After introducing the band to a thunderous applause, Director Julius Stevens turns the microphone over to Dr. Byrd, the Superintendent of Berryville Schools. He and the School Board were very instrumental in helping the Berryville Band pay for the trip to Indianapolis. The board authorized half of the total bill to be paid by the board. This historic trip would not have been possible with Dr. Bryd and the Board. Dr. Byrd later commented that the band drew more people to Berryville Bobcat Stadium than the football team. Then, the first part of Band Director Daniel Hodges rare speech about how he feels about the band and the community.
