For over 100 years, the VFW has been serving America's troops and veterans -- protecting their rights and helping them in times of need.

Our nation has nearly a million and a half military troops who have served in the Global War on Terrorism. Many are returning home every day desperately in need of assistance to get back on their feet...to reclaim their lives...to rebuild their families.

The VFW exists to ensure that our heroes receive the benefits that they're entitled to. Help that meets the everyday needs of soldiers and their families. When our troops are separated from their loved ones, we help connect them. When homes are in danger of foreclosure, we're there to assist. And the medical care of America's finest is always on our minds.

Our programs remind the millions of troops, veterans, and family members that America is grateful for their service.
