    Thank you for the comment. Unfortunately, my weight is back to where I was when I started thanks to a new job, less time to train, less discipline with my diet (MUCH less discipline). Am working on getting that back on track ASAP.

    Honestly, some comments to videos/web articles are really stupid. The video clearly says "when no one else shows up" on a Saturday at 5:30 a.m. Our group that trains at that time sometimes prefer to sleep in or have other obligations. Regarding the bag, every MMA gym has them for a reason. I was practicing explosiveness on bridges and armbar setups primarily. Must be doing something right since I took 2nd place at NAGA. Do you have any videos of you training/rolling?

  • No hagas caso a los comentarios estúpidos, si vieras cómo entreno yo de noche en una escuela que cuido, la refaccionan, lo hago con bolsas de cemento, portones, pisones, bloques, sogas, mezcladoras para los antebrazos y mis colchonetas son cartones, cada uno entrena como puede y con lo que tiene. Si a vos te gusta lo que hacés, los comentarios estúpidos están demás, tenés que seguir subiendo.
