This is a time lapse of me etching a glass PCB. It's roughly 10:1 time compression. Bath is ferric chloride at room temperature. Board is suspended using surface tension. Board was made using toner transfer method.

  • Cool. Where do you get the substrate?

  • @jeriellsworth I get the microscope slides online anywhere they sell the celestron microscope slides... I found the copper leaf here on ebay "copper foil 20 each sheets 1 oz/sf 11x18x0.0013 thick" - for $10 (After shipping) I'd be willing to send a some in a priority mail envelope.

  • @jeriellsworth I just posted the how-to.

  • @CNLohr Sweet. I will check it out. No need to send me the sheets. I will buy some.
