I like that eyebrow pencil/enhancer. Where can I get a tool to make my eyebrows look that good?

Doesn't foundation just over up the blemishes or red spots? What is the need for concealer? I have never understood concealer.

@alexia942 concealer does exactlay as its called. it conceals. it goes on bleamishes or darker red spots. (SPOTS ONLY! DO NOT USE ON YOUR ENTIRE FACE. you will find you get a very oily face) this is what foundation is for. it goes on afterwards to even out skin colouration and powder goes on to give a less gloss and/or a darker tone (if u choose 1 shade darker) its better to use all in that order to get a nice even skin coverage.
