Battlefield 3 - Origin Required

According to DICE's Daniel Martos, Origin will be required in order to play Battlefield 3 if the game is bought in retail. I don't know whether this will be the same if the game is downloaded through a digital download service other than Origin, but if EA wants to further push Orgin then they know that the majority of people playing Battlefield 3 on the PC will be getting it through digital download and they will make it so that Origin will be required no matter what.

Another thing about origin you didn't mention is their nice Terms of Use, EULA and Privacy Terms. Basically by installing this game you allow EA to spy on all your media, everything you install or uninstall all your hardware and their mac addresses, you ip address, all you do on Internet through borrower, they can spy all your files on computer and most funny thing is that you agree that EA may trade all this data as they wish. This is why i won't buy Battlefield even tho i would like to play it

When I signed up for origin when it was first launching i used an old email which I do not know the password to

Now I will never get full access to a game I payed 60 dollars for because its under that battlelog account which i don't have the password to, Fuck this Origin bullshit, what a terribly flawed and incredibly offensive idea. Fuck you EA, Fuck you.

man, they shouldn't buttfuck Consoles like this. First PC started with DRM, and now Consoles getting DRM ??? FML. I'd understand on PC, with all the piracy...or possible piracy, but how the fuck are console players gunna pirate a fucking game????? Another thing is console players usually have 2-3 accs. And on top of that i usually buy used games...found out i needa buy this new just to play online . I quit COD because of EA's BS of releasing same shit , I hope they don't ruin Battlefield series.
