After 30 years of resistance, why has Hosni Mubarak , the Egyptian president, chosen to appoint a vice president now? Is this appointment and the appearance of other new members of the cabinet a sign for real change? And what is the West looking for if Mubarak falls?

  • Why does US follow double-standards when it comes to real democratization of Egypt? Why does it support dictators and non-democratic governments(eg. Saudi Arabia) in the Middle East ?

  • @007opfer I believe that more & more americans are beginning to see who is behind the lying media, the wars, the shysters on Wall St. The majority of americans are stunned & amazed at the bravery of the egyptian people & are cheering you on. Peace.

  • @MrOGJMoney not true you cant threaten usa president but your right we can call him bad things but also its not president who runs things its the big money who never change power in usa

  • Things in Egypt will be no better now then under Mubarak. Egyptian military are poodle of CIA .Egyptian Military had kept crooks in power for last 60 years. Only Arshad Khan can improve lives of poor. click Justice party UK.

  • Egypt should vote for a new president right on the streets of Cairo and form a path of shame for Mubarak to walk back to his puppet masters.

  • @007opfer adultry, don't kill, don't covet your neighbors wife, obey and respect your parents and so on. So why are we fighting eachother?

  • @007opfer Why is it you hate Israel so much anyways? I know they are at war with Palestine, but why do almost all Arab countries hate them? I have read about Judeism, Islam, and of course because I am Catholic I read the Bible. We all seem really similar, so I do not understand why we are fighting. We all believe in one God, and I believe that Yahweh and Allah are the same God, as they have the same laws. The 10 commandments are similar to the laws of Allah. One God, don't steal, don't commit

  • @007opfer America. None of us have ever faced persecution because of where we are from, or our beliefs. Now some people try to convert us, for example Jehovah's witness, Mormons go to peoples homes and try to convert them, but they cannot hurt us because of our beliefs. We also have freedom of speech. If we don't like our President, we can say whatever we want about him without fear of being killed or beaten/tortured. I was just wondering if it is the same way in your country?

  • @007opfer And I have one question, I am Catholic. Do you hate all Christians, Jews, Catholics? Because in America we have freedom of religion, the best thing in the World. I have never face persecution for my beliefs in my life. I have friends who are Muslim, Jewish, Protestant, Athiest, and even went to high school with to sisters from Iraq. I also have a co-worker from Afghanistan, and we have people from China, Mexico, and all other parts of the world living here. That is the beauty of

  • @007opfer We don't attack Saudi Arabia because they are our allies, and they were not the ones hiding him. Afghanistan hid him and refused to turn him over, that is why we attacked them. Some of their own people helped us because they were being tortured by the Taliban. You say you never attack civilians, yet you seem happy about the attack on the twin towers. You contradict yourself because those were all civilians working there.

  • @007opfer corrupt when it comes to money, but with war we have morals. Many Iraqi POWs admitted to being more afraid of Saddam than they were of U.S. soldiers.
