Silt Fence and Compost Sock Installation

Vermont Local Roads held its first workshop addressing the use of Compost for erosion control and financial savings at the Winooski Public Works Facility on October 14, 2010. The Composting Association of Vermont partnered with Local Roads to present the four-hour training session. In this clip workshop attendees participate in a demostration to install a silt fence and a compost sock in order to view the installation time for each.
