Yes, the SOS has a "Korg" tuner built in. you can access it by scrolling through the Menu.

This recorder would be perfect - absolutely perfect - if it had a USB interface. Without it? It's not something I'd really seriously consider. It's baffling that Korg included that on their MR2 but overlooked it on the SOS.
