@Tonicwine999 I think the color is embeded into the carbide.
See they call it tungsten carbide because it isn't pure tungsten as it is too hard to make from what I have heard,,,,,so tungsten carbide is tiny powdered tungsten powder, heated and compressed with another metal which binds the tungsten,,,so maybe the color is in the binding metal?,,,not certain but think thats it?
@fdlkfoo I have a Tungsten ring and even me working with concrete and bricks every day it has no scratches.... I even tested it for a m8 of mine by running it over a wall with small sharp stones on it and no scratches.... you gotta get freakin superman to scratch it
@outraged70No I don't know nothing about Tungsten, I see the sharp edge's on the ring I'm talking about the flat surface's and by your question I'm guessing your going to say it scratch resisted. here's a question if I took some sand paper to it would it scratch the ring?
@MUHAMMADFUCKEDAKID1 Right ok, thanks for the reply on that. Appreciated

@fdlkfoo No tungsten is the hardest metal and takes a hell of a lot to scratch it.
It is used for light filaments, cutting tools for lathes and others.
So while you may find something that would scratch it you would find it very dificult, even a metal file can't scratch tungsten.

@fdlkfoo you'd have to get really aggressive with some 80 grit or better to scratch that stuff.
