Not only that but HER testimony was that the conversation itself was troubling. Gonzo just said she was distraught and came to him for comfort. He is such a lier either way you slice it.

He doesn't deny that he "outlined [his] recollection of what happened and asked for her reaction." By his own definition that's witness tampering. Then he says, "I tried to reassure her...no one had done anything intentionally wrong." For someone who doesn't know or doesn't remember so much, he sure seemed sure on that point. The idea that these people are trying to stack the USDoJ with ideologues like themselves is frightening.

basically the department of justice is now a part of the the executive branch and the republican party is trying to stack all levels of the judicial branch in order to start some sort of horribly corrupt shit.
