Highlights from the Kings Comets vs. Wisconsin Wolfpack game held August 22, 2009 at Little Miami High School in Morrow, Ohio (outside of Cincinnati). Travis Johnson set an MCFL record with a 56-yard field goal in the third quarter after the Comets had put up 30 points in the second quarter on their way to the largest margin of victory in team history, 54-0. Dominick Goodman accounted for 215 yards in the game, catching five passes for 75 yards and a touchdown, rushing four times for 62 yards and a score, completing two of three passes for 60 yards, and returning one punt 18 yards. Larry Byndon had seven tackles and a fumble recovery to lead the Comets to their first shutout since the opening game of the 2008 season.
