Can you help me out. Can you set a black plain background, then turn your back light all the way down. Then let me know if you see white horizontal lines scrolling down? Thanks!

Hey there just a quick question. I am looking for a good tv to play my xbox 360 on, not too pricey but not too cheap, this seems to fall into the middle. Is this good for playing games on? Also should i get this or the newer Samsung syncmaster T23A350?

@Blizzardwizard11 I'm not sure if this would be the best TV for playing games. It works, but I do notice a lot of blur when I'm playing some games. I feel like a TV with a higher refresh rate would be better for games. I don't know anything about that other TV, so I'd just compare it with this one and see what the pros and cons are of both of them. The only way you're going to be able to record gameplay from a TV to a PC is using an HD PVR. Google it, you'll see what I'm talking about.

I have the game capture device, i use the roxio game capture, it's just that i usually record to PC via a normal TV, will i be able to do the same with a tv/monitor?

@Blizzardwizard11 I'm not really sure what you're setup is like, but I know there are ways to have game system show on the TV and have it record on the PC. That's what those recorders should do.
