Our first flight to Oshkosh in our RV-7, N174RR from Spokane (KSFF). Completed and flown for the first time Jan 01, 2008. What a thrill to hear "Rock Your Wings" over that radio for the first time. Builder and pilot: Ron Rudnick Co-pilot: Diane

  • It's a tail wheel RV7. The pilot is tall and has no visibility issues while taxing .. if I were flying I might need to do S turns to see well. I'm 5' 4".

  • Is yours an RV 7 or RV 7A? I am wanting to build one myself, but I was worried about the taildragger version because I want to be able to see where I'm going when I taxi. It looks like you have the taildragger RV 7 and it looks like you have good visibility.
