if came apart is is laying in ten feet of water..

connected to "green tech" could know so little about damage to wildlife
populations by fast spinning turbines.

BTY..a drag turbine is a turbine that no part of the turbine spins faster than the ambient wind speed..
your turbine does not qualify.
