That is not Malcolm X speaking. It is from a Nation of Islam rally circa 1959. The speech or oratory was given by Malcolm X in different versions on other occasions though.

While King was admirable, Malcolm X is so easy to relate to. Anyone can understand why he was angry. Normal people are not as idealistic as King and therefore could not relate. It was great however, that by the end of his life, X saw that all races could live together. Otherwise, he would have gone down in history as a racist.
What you just heard was an excerpt from a morality play called "The Trial." The Trial was written by Louis X (Louis Farrakhan). What you just saw was originally aired on a show called, "The Hate That Hate Produced" by Mike Wallace circa 1959. The person speaking is not Louis Farrakhan but a person called Kevin I...Knowledge is Power.

He never did represent us as a black community

Unfortunetly Dr. King never gained the respect of the young black demographic up north and only appealed to christians down south. Although Malcolm was living a life of crime, by the end of his life, he had seen that whites and blacks could live together.
