Just me toying around w/ my contact juggling crystal in the backyard. As you can see, I need more practice (let myself get rusty over the winter). *shrug* I'll post a better one soon.

actually you can get an "acrylic" contact juggling ball at jugglingstore(dot)com and that ball is nearly indistructible. if you do get into it go to contactjuggling(dot)org

Ever since i was 12 years old ive been wondering what this is called. Me and my friend met a man who was balancing this green crystal ball along his arms and shoulders. And he said it was a ancient chinese art and that the ball was almost indistructable.
Is any of this true. Also where would u suggest i buy this type of ball. I would really like to get into this sport, balancing feat if u will.

Hiya ;) Thanks for asking. Yes, it's a 3" acrylic ball. There are lots of places you can order them online & I know they also come in 2" and 2.5" sizes. Hope that helps!

I'm trying to learn how to contact juggle, can you use something less fragile than crystal, like rubber?

I'm sure you could use a hard rubber ball with no problem. Too light and it's hard to maintain any control over it. I've practiced a lot with oranges and such too. Have fun!!
