Last time I went to a pub server I got spawn camped. ;(

In the game the squad leaders and commander can talk to you when you are in a squad or the squadleader. They can also make markers in the map. Completing these orders gives you more points.

the games voip is not perfect but its not that bad, I use skyppe with my friends, I don`t understand what you mean by can´t follow commanders orders and squadleaders

You have admins not kicking abusers because they're too busy playing. Seriously what's the point of calling themselves Administrator, they should renamed themselves Game Boss instead.

Admins broke the rules 80% of the time, and if you call them out, it's an instant ban. If you broke the rules like they did, and they called you out, you get a ban. But nope, not them.
Seriously, I won't even stay anywhere near "Clan Server"

Sounds like you didn't go by the rules and are bit butthurt about it.
How about you take it to the forums then and talk it out with the admins instead going around and talking shit in my youtube channel?
Take it to the forums. This is not the place to appeal for your ban if you break rules.
BTW, if you are so familiar with these "rules" the admins have been breaking, you should know that TacticalGamer isn't even a clan.
