@madbax68 that's Loyd Grossman.. his accent is a complete anomaly in the UK! He used to present Master Chef. I think he may have had a transatlantic upbringing.

Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall is one to talk - having pulled stunts such as serving flambeed, pureed human baby placenta as a pate. NO "celebrity chef" or reality show chef has any room to criticize another for being gimmicky or courting publicity; and, like her or not - and lord knows, Fanny is a polarizing figure - Hugh should at least respect her for pioneering a genre from which he profits nicely.
