@ChemicalAtTheDisco I found instructions online- I think I followed the suggestion by MrDanky below. you have to plug your iPod into your laptop & do it from iTunes there.

this is only good for people who are visually impaired. I have blind friends, and they say the least apple could do is not make the voice so damn boring.
