A: The games are awesome

B: Most of you haters would never even know where to start in game design

C: ODST was awesome, I'm buying it next. Stop complaining.

D: Reach will be awesome. It's supposedly Bungie's last Halo game, so they're likely going to pull out all the stops and make it own. Buying that one too.

E: Don't compare Halo to Call of Duty. Two different shooters.

Finish the Game/Series and move onto getting the Movie in the works within a 2 years or less while it's still popular. Hollywood but it aside to spend $200 MIllion on a Sci-Fi movie called "Battleship" but won't make a movie based on HALO??? wtf. Morons.

@Mrgoaway29 actully have some devolopers tryed to make theit own halo game, but they all failed. Only Halo wars was completed

@prudentdragoon: There may be more, but Microsoft has the contract to Halo, after Bungie is finished perfecting Reach and making any DLC's to go with it....... So any Halo title from now on is going to come directly from Microsoft.

A shooter is a shooter. Not much more can really be said. I think at the end of the day it doesn't really come down to "This that or whatever BS reason" it comes down to: "Well I like science fiction or I like modern settings, or I like crazy fun arena style fps or fps with real world physics." Rather then "Oooh this is better or that is better".  This whole negative attitude and trolling in the gaming community now is highly disappointing, we never had this in the old days, only MLG trolls.

Sadly there will be no more Halo games after Reach, but Bungie will continue to make more games. Perhaps a new franchise.
