Doctor Hernandez is the coordinator of the Urogynecology Clinic at the Saint Thomas Hospital, one of the main public hospitals in Panama. She is member of the gynecology staff with functions in preoperatory evaluation, endoscopic and urogynecologic surgery since 2003. Also she is the coordinator of the Urogynecology Unit at the Punta Pacifica Femme Healthcare Group Clinic (suite 601). This Clinic has equipments for urinary incontinence diagnosis and treatments like Urodynamics studies, treatment with Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation and surgery for pelvic floor dysfunction including the use of meshes for pelvic floor reparations.

Clinic case: 35 year old woman with dispareunia and vulvodinia. The pain exacerbates with the menstrual period. Exploration of the episiotomy scar was very painfull, there was an indurated area and a cystic lesion of 2 cm, sugesting and endometrioma of the episotomy scar.
