The problem is that they canceled the show after season one. And the cliffhanger in the last episode is sooo annoying that it almost hurts, knowing you'll never get to see more.

But it's worth it, fantastic series.

What an ancredible series! If NBC can't finish the job, they should sell the rights to someone else who can. These directors did an incredible job here! Loved it!

@frankenfoamy You can blame Good Ol NBC for that. They cancel more shows without closure than any network does. They could have at least done what FOX did. When Prison Break Seaosn 4 ended there were loose ends. The next TV season they had a closing movie called "The Final Prison Break" that wrapped everythnig up and answered all questions. Prison Break / Fox has been the only group I've known to have done that. ABC / LOST didn't even give fans that much :)

The only thing in the show I think they really messed up on was when everybody was on the docs video taping the creatures. All the sudden that was just dropped. Everybody would have been handing the footage over to the news immediately, it would have been all over the media. But all the sudden it was like that never happened, because all was secret again. And Lake Bell's character didn't reveal until she got on MSNBC. Even then, people would have submitted their tapes after seeing the story.

@YanksBostonMets You can go to NBC's site. And tell them that. There's a contact form. It lets you write each show. YOu should write every show with the same message. Then encourage others to do the same (including those that might read this comment). Don't write the Terms of Use or the Privacy only, I think those lead to nowhere. Find the area where you write each show.

@hentesgyik95 I agree 100 percent!! On top of that you don't get motion sick while watching Surface like you do Cloverfield, and you get to see more of the monsters in Surface! :)

@LunarPoet I just finished it (2011). Streamed it before I cancelled Netflix. I was SO MAD. I knew it was 1 season. Then the end I was so into it I started forgetting that it was 1 season thinking "Man I gotta find season 2 now.." "Wait.. complete series.." "I wonder if I can find it on ebay?" "No wait.. complete series.." "AHHH CRAP!!!" NBC is the worst for just cancelling shows with no closure. Like HEROES, and a few others. I've pretty much boycotted most NBC networs including SyFy.
