I took some video a year ago when I was in Costa Rica. It's taken me this long to put something together, and still it's not very good. It doesn't do justice to the people, the farm or the coffee of La Minita, but it's the best I can do right now. I hope it's at least good enough for you to see the work that the people do for your coffee and the quality standards that La Minita holds to.
La Minita beans are all I've bought the past year. Zassenhaus hand grinder...good water...Bodum French Press. Great coffee.

really like it. I spent a few weeks in the Dominican last summer working with children. Seeing this really brought back memories. I want my morning coffee to help families get medical needs met and children to have school supplies.

It's certainly nice to see where my coffee comes from and who is working hard to make sure it's the best.
But yeah, you need a video camera.
