Outside corner is heaps longer, then when Ullu's is big, 15ft +, and The Peak and Outside Corner joins up it is about 4 x longer than Medewi. Saw some black and white footage when I was a grom with Lopez getting a 23 second barrell at Ullu's. Heapslonger than Medewi.

thats what they told back in 1987 the first time I surfed it. got there and it was on a rising full moon swell-ended up riding it at 8-10 feet - breaking wide and some were closing out across the bay. snapped a board and got my feet full of urchins - not always such a soft wave:) glassy morning at 4-6" can't beat it for pure fun factor- looking forward to a couple of surfs later this year..

greg - how about longest "makebable" wave? I just got back from surfing this place a week ago and witnessed a mate ride a wave from outside to the river mouth - easily 500 metres
