I know it's been 6 months, but people people have still to actually hack the 3ds successfully in 3ds mode, hacking the dsi wouldn't have been hard at all seeing as it's just an updated firmware of the original DS'

@megamanx1291 firmware updates wont fix anything, most of the time modders have the firmware hacked days after it comes out.

Knew it. Nintendo's piracy policy for the 3DS was just a scare tactic. Hackers will ALWAYS find a way to hack a system. (Not saying piracy is a good thing, I'm just saying Nintendo's scare tactics were BS)
