There are a lot of stories about Revival that is going on in Brazil.
In the last 20 years the church has more than doubled in size.

But the question is: What happens next?

This is a defining moment in Brazil's history.
Both economically and spiritually.

It is believed that by 2050 Brazil will be the 4th largest economy in the world.

My question is: What kind of country will Brazil be?
and What is our role as the body of Christ?

If we are called to be the hands and feet of Jesus in Brazil, what does that look like?

In the past 7 years we've seen an incredible amount of young people in Brazil surrendering their lives and even possessions to God.

But then what...

You still have the same social problems you always had.
No real significant change in society.

I believe we represent a generation that don't want to play church. We want to change the world. We see pain, suffering, injustice, and WE WANT TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!

We are actually willing to invest our lives in it.
Better than dying for it. We want to live for it.

So when I look at Brazil I see on one side a lot of need.
But on the other side I see a lot of God inspired dreams and people willing to make those dreams happen.

This is where Slingshot (Church) fits in.

Our goal is to empower, equip and unleash those dreams and the people who dreamt them. To let the church be the church. To salt the earth and bring God's Kingdom.

This is a defining moment in Brazil's history.
What we do now, will shape the future of our country.

There is a whole generation waiting to be unleashed.
