You need also to check the brake fluid level, the fan belt and the motor support if they were not yet worn out.

I thought there were no Isuzu elf or NPR in the US, but when I watch recent TV series and this vid, now I am convinced. Because in the movie they always seems to use those 70s medium truck for city transport.
