my 2007 Nissan Quest is having a problem with the speedometer, it is showing up to 10 to 15 miles per hour more than the current speed and when the vehicle is stop the gauge stil lshows 10-15 miles per hour speed, I am taking it to the dealer, but with only 30,700 miles I am not sure if it will be cover under warranty...I will let you know to have your own judgment, I will give it 5 (in a scale from 0 to 10)
77k miles on our 05 Quest and we'll definitely be getting another! This has been the best minivan we've owned. And that engine is amazing. We had a POS Chrysler, which had more problems than all the cars we've owned combined. We've driven the Honda...nice but BORRRING. The Sienna isn't an option....ugly and underpowered IMO..like a fat Camry.
we were considering getting a newer honda odessy for our next car but still not completely sure on that decision nor have we looked into all other possibilities
Wow, that's interesting. What year is yours? I've made my decision not to get another Quest. Unless the 2010/2011 overhaul redesign is premium quality, as I always say, "fo'get it fo'get it". I'm thinking about leaving the minivan segment altogether. There's only three in our family and my wife takes it to work downtown so I think we'll just get a Venza or a Tiguan or something.
I have an '05 quest and I think it can outperform the Sienna. Mine has 260+ hp and gets an average 22.3 mpg in combined driving. It's got 61k miles on it now and it still has no mechanical problems. Oh, and just so you know, Nissans don't need a tune up until after 100k miles. The second row leg room is bar none over the competition. I do have some problems with it tho. The ride quality and noise quality. It's really bad. The thing is also a hassle to park. but that's about it.

i have had quite a few issues with our quest 80% being electrical mind you
from the backup censor holding a steady beep as we backup when nothing is behind us
to the radio not playing when the car turns on
and the digital gas in tank meter not working
and the milage meter that has random digits and spaces .
