Dr Phil Show: Bring Back My Child (Pt. 1 Intro) featuring Austin Attorneys, Kimberly A. Gruber

Part I of Dr. Phil Show with Austin family law attorney, Kimberly Gruber, representing client, Cecilia, who went on the run with her child when the court refused to address her concern that the baby's father may be abusing the child. After visitation with the father, Cecilia would receive the baby with red marks and bruises, and the baby was utterly terrified.
Cecilia, despite a clean criminal record, was arrested and imprisoned for a year for criminal charges of child abduction, despite that she was in constant communication with the baby's father through the entire trip. When Cecilia was released; she dealt with the effects of the civil violations as well- which only allowed her an hour of supervised visitation a month.
As Cecilia is supporting her mother, she barely has enough money to pay for the supervision of the visitations, let alone an attorney. At the time of the show, Attorney Kimberly Gruber had advised Cecilia of her options, and Cecilia was trying to get a retainer together. At the present, Kimberly began her own firm with Law Office of KG, and is now able to take Cecilia as a pro bono case. Kimberly and Cecilia are working together to regain Cecilia's parental rights.
