Pestalozzi Village - Fundraising DVD

Pestalozzi is a small unique charity based in Sedlescombe (near Hastings), East Sussex, England.

wave was commissioned by the Pestalozzi International Village Trust to produce a DVD as part of their marketing strategy to attract potential funders.

We worked in collaboration with Eyeline Productions to produce a film that won the heart of the charity's trustees and had the chief executive moved to tears when he saw the final cut (in a good way of course).

The charity, which is supported by the Dalai Lama, sponsors the studies in the UK of academically gifted students from very poor areas of India and Africa.

'Spending time with the students and hearing the difficulties they faced back in their own country was upsetting and sometimes heartbreaking - and that just made us more determined to make a powerful film that would convince funders that their money is being well spent and that more is needed to secure the future of so many young lives'.
