@yaliag many years ago I saw the comparison between this song and "So Sad About Us". I thought I was the only one that noticed. I'm pretty sure that you were not saying Weller copied this song from Townsend, but rather that one great song from Townsend influenced this great song from Weller. Both classics in their own right.
