On the Bolander Farm at Sycamore, Illinois Saturday, October 29, 2011, many neighbors showed up with their combines, tractors and grain carts to finish the last 300 acres of corn harvest. Mrs. Bolander, a cancer survivor, was there to greet the neighbors. I have personally witnessed these events a few times in my 35 years as a broadcaster, and it always puts a lump in my throat.
Love seeing stuff like this! man those 2388's are flyin through that corn!
