Tonight we made our first mini-vignette. Short and sweet and you get one helluva recipe. Brian Boru's famous Bailey's Irish Cream Fudge!

This is one of the best tasting chocolate treats you'll ever sink your choppers into. It's especially great with a triple shot of espresso in the morning!

CONTD...
METHOD - Follow EXACTLY.
Set chocolate chips, Marshmallow Crème, vanilla extract, Bailey's and nuts in a very large bowl. Set aside for later.
Bring butter, sugar and milk to a boil and then cook slowly for 11 mins, stirring constantly.
Pour milk mixture over the other ingredients and stir slowly to blend. Do not use a mixer.
Pour into a buttered 13 x 9-inch pan and chill well.
Cut when cold.

have you guys got your own show because if not you need one, i would watch all the time. I am going to use some of the barbecue recipes this year at one of my family barbecues all the way on this little island called england.
