Slippery road plus 8 row head plus prick in a cattle truck equals no fun. Combine is a 2388, tractor is a 9250, both caseih.

Lets send that truckerfarmboy guy a message that stealing photos and posting them as your own isn't cool. It could be any of your content that is stolen next. Flame the crap out of his video until it sinks in! Come on CLF Nation, it's time to step up to the plate!!!

  • I have moved equipment that size before so I know how hard it is. But I also drive truck and I will say that if you are in another persons lane you are in the wrong. If you can't drive on your side take the dam head off. legal or not its still a big ass head. I do my best to give them as much room as I can but you can't drive on the sholder with a loaded semi.

  • @harleyirvin

I understand, I am also a truck driver and won't drive on a shoulder either. But I was in my own lane with the combine. Pulled over into the ditch, head was completely on my half of the road, the jack ass didn't slow down and thought he could drive down the middle of the road. What am I supposed to do? Let him hit me? Cars I could care less about, I always pull over for trucks as those drivers are working like me and need to make time.

  • @Farmerknowsbest Not gonna take sides as I've both trucked and farmed. However you labeled the vid. with accident. def. accident! your a farmer who knows best, but yet took the risks on a slippery day? you had two options and you chose the one with a 9 year old girl in the ditch. is that because she was none working like those peolpe who drive cars? i drive a car and would like to compare the hours that I work to yours!

  • @ciejere405 The kid wasn't in the ditch, the kid was on the front lawn. So what would you have done? Ram the truck? Then spin around and flip into the ditch? Upsetting both the truck full of cattle and the combine? Brilliant suggestion.

Going from farm to farm harvesting corn. Why is that so hard to figure out?

  • Seems to me that most of these comments are about appointing blame and claiming insurance and the like. I know that the last day of harvest can be a long one and whether it's right or not taking the head off would have been a job to far. I have also driven both so I can relate and, yes, some truckers do think they own the road. Slowing down wouldn't have hurt the guy at all.

As long as no-one got hurt in the end, right?

  • @JDCountryBoy6030 If the head is off you can stay on your own side of the road without going off of the shoulder. They were done for the year with corn, so there was NO NEED to drive with it on. ESPECIALLY when the roads were snow covered. That's just asking for trouble. The farmer was the dumb one.

  • @ffjsb uh hello? If it weren't for the stupid truck driverthen the accident wouldn't have happened. I'm not saying truck drivers are dumb and the guy was just trying to do his job, but what he did was dumb. It's easier to keep the head on and avoid accidents then to, take the head off, put on trailer, attach to another vehicle, take to field and te-attach to combine.

  • @JDCountryBoy6030 A waste of time?? I bet it would have taken less time to put it on a cart than it took to get the machine out of the ditch and check to make sure there's no damage. The crop was in, what's the hurry in getting the harvester in??

  • Suppose to take the ducking head off before Ya' road the S.O.B. anyway Einstein ! And some green paint woulda helped out to !

  • should've had a john deere. that shit wouldnt happien

  • slick roads and drive a 8 row combine thats real bright farmboy ya know ya cant fix stupid whether you say your in the right or the trucker is in the right is up to you but its still stupid on your part

  • @ iwanaGoFast2010 Since when did cars have the right of way? NEVER! Get your head out of the toilet and think. Putting his head on a trailer is a good idea but it waste time. No way I would have taken the cattle truck on. It would have demolished the combine. All he did was get it badly stuck.

  • maybe you were the prick for not putting your header on a trailer? cars have the right of way. PRICK.

  • pisses me off when people don't slow down too.
