A Message From (Legal) Immigrant To (Illegal) Immigrants

Dr. Kulisz has been a legal immigrant and later a naturalized citizen of the United States for the last 32 years. This is his commentary on illegal immigration and an advise to illegal immigrants: get in line, come legally and become an American if you want to live here. And do not bring to the States all the crap that you didn't like in your country -- that was the reason you came or you want to come here. We don't need your stoning and oppressive laws, religions that advocate killing the "nonbelievers" , poverty, barrios, honor killing and the other crap. Learn English. So, once again: get in line and enjoy the freedom and the opportunity this country offers. Become an American. Your children will thank you for it.

I am not sure if you understand the concept of law and order. "Get in line" means do it orderly, according to the rules of the United States law.

i have a question, yes you came here legally, ok did you stay longer than your visa allowed you to stay legally? another question, if you didnt have the oportunity of coming here legally back then, would you of come illegally anyway? even if your children where starving or violence was a threat to your family`s security? please be honnest.

@petelebu I did not have children at that time, I wasn't married and had options. America is made of people that were in your situation. It is still the strength of this country. The difference was that at that time we all WANTED to became Americans and became Americans. Now these immigrants are coming and trying to make America the country they came from with all the crap they so readily escaped from because their "children were starving or violence was a threat to family`s security." Honest.

i would like to know which LINE you speak of, in fact there is no LINE unless you have family members already in the U.S.(citizen) and every one like to use the phrase "get in line"

if you want to tell them to get in line, at least provide information where the actual line is not just use the phrase "get in line" to show that you know more than everyone else.
