It is a bit mean, but I'm sure they're not the only people in the world who tease cats.
But I strongly advise you not to pull their tails. They absolutely HATE it. It's like someone grabbing your dick and pulling it. (obviously it wouldn't be AS painful.. but still.. you wouldn't like it)
So please give this animal to someone who knows how to respect them.
