  • I'm a little confused; when was this concert and how is the singer/player on the video?

  • @Julez8210 check the description

  • @Harpsucker well that's the reason i am confused: it says live 1995 and later on the video shows "HOOCHIE COOCHIE MAN", and under "Muddy Waters". Muddy Waters passed away in 1983... so either the date is wrong or the artist is not Muddy Waters; hence the question, who is the artist (which by the way is amazing, making me tend to think the date is wrong)

  • @Julez8210 what you talking about, are you crazy the song is called Hoochie Coochie Man, performed by Sugar Blue!!!!!!!

  • Good blues !Thank's Harpsucker

  • Wow, einfach nur wow... great

  • Yep. That's the ONE and ONLY SUGAR BLUE!

  • Good grief. Muddy Waters wrote the song, but it's been performed and recorded by many blues artists. The ARTIST performing in this video IS SUGAR BLUE! Get his name straight! It's SUGAR BLUE! The comments here are mind blowing. He's my friend, blues brother and a fellow harmonica player. So if you don't know by now, learn it and remember it. SUGAR BLUE!

  • I always thought John Popper was lightyears ahead. I see I was wrong.

  • man i love that harmonica playing

  • John Myung on bass... hahah

  • Sugar Blue is definitely the heir apparent to the late Junior Wells. His skills are awesome.

  • @pitlow Actually it was written by Willie Dixon, for Muddy ;)
