What is the name of the theme music at the beginning, the one before "Beat Boutique" rolls in?

@Hawaiifive01 For some reason that voice makes me want to vist my local Lincoln-Mercury dealer to see what's new under the sign of the cat!

@schnellguy I'm not the only one who nostalgically noticed that... :o/

A lot of people were displaced from their homes thru eminent domain because of airport expansion. There were hundreds of homes bulldozed in the areas directly north of the northernmost runways and also in the area known as Surfridge which was between the end of the runways and the ocean. The area is now fenced off with barbed wire and has been turned into a butterfly preserve, but the streets are still clearly visible from the air. It's sort of creepy.

Hi there. Thank you for putting these promos on and that is the way I remember LAX from 1970. I'm probably about the age of those kids at the beginning of the video. I remember watching the planes come in and take off with my dad. Well, thanks again.

We do need to do away with TSA and all airport security. Also we need to do away with airtraffic controllers. This way when we have a tragic disaster smart people can sue or ask how did this happen.

No doubt; I was 9 in 1970, so right around these kids' age, and remember too a couple field trips to the airport. What a time. Sigh!!!
