There is really no training for basketball. Maybe for vertical or strength . Sure if you do the foot work drills, side to side , hand eye, it will stimulate these. Things that you just need is merely playing the game itself, shooting around for hours or just on the free throw line.. That's gonna be it. You might not notice difference but it's the deal for it if you're dedicated and wants to get paid. But me I just play as hobby
