Hi John,
I have a no brand 4260- 500kv (similar to the Turnigy at HK) with a 15 x 8 prop. 100A ESC + seperate bec....I know 100A is overkill, but my 80A had a fault. Rhino 4s 3700mah battery way up front half way under the motor. Since this video I have moved the Cog a bit backwards..approx 65mm. Flies better, and floats more in on landing. Does not fall down like a brick like in the video ;-) I do also believe 70mm is a bit on the tail heavy side. AUW is 2780g

Hi
Ihave one of these models and gave it its maiden flight tonight. I think mine may be a little tail heavy but the landings were fine and controlled.
What is your spec.?
I have a 55a motor 60 esc and have put 3 2200 3s lipos vertically into the area behind the fire wall. I thought that this would be ample weight but have added lead above the motor housing for the cof g was tail heavy. In the booklet it said 70mm. I wonder if this is correct.

the ground is to rough where your taking off and landing,

@Dambo96 Yes the ground was a bit rough, but the reason for nosing over was way to much weight in the nose. Now it flies and lands like a trainer.

İ think its HK's SE.5A your nose is alittle bit heavy i think. İm planing to buy one when it comes to stock again and put asp ff61 glow engine. if you move your bat alittle bit back your plane can float much more . İts much more harder to find necasary cg on bi planes . Mine bigest advide buy great planes CG tool its helps me alot.
